I don’t know if I’ll make it through this whole half-hour read, but I wanted to chime in that my therapist used IFS with me, and it was AMAZING.
I didn’t research anything about her methods until after I’d already received the benefits. Then I asked her what her model was called, googled it, and found lots of angry claims about it.
