I had seen caring for a child who would usually be in school listed as a reason somewhere, but don’t see it on your list. Really hoping it’s the case.

I’ve been following this a lot. My state— WA State — specifies on their website to only apply now if you’d be eligible under the old rules and to wait to apply otherwise until it’s all set up (they say benefits will be backdated).
