I know my parents said they could go in a big store (like Walmart) and they would turn VHS into DVD. They were looking for an affordable way to convert all our home movies, so it didn’t make sense financially, but maybe it would make sense just for one tape. I’ve purposely avoided stores like that, so I’m not totally sure about it. You would think it would be easier, since so many of us must have things on VHS that we want to watch!
