I totally relate. Recently, I’ve been writing some vegan posts for the Medium food publication One Table, One World, including Raising a Vegan Kid in a Non-Vegan World. It’s so hard to write about, knowing the majority of my readers are going to immediately feel defensive just hearing the V word.
