I used to own a restaurant, and it made me so happy when one day a customer tried to file a complaint with me about my awesome employee. I can’t even remember what the complaint was now, but it was entitled bullshit. I called my employee up front, asked them both what happened, and then I told the customer that my employee was awesome and I trusted her completely.

The customer responded by saying, “My friends and I are all on Yelp. We will destroy you!” (Lol.)

Our customers were mostly terrific, but I loved, after being a powerless employee so many times, to finally be the owner so I could stand up to this rude customer.
