I’m earning that much, so I’ll just chime in.

I don’t post that frequently (I’m guessing 3x/week?) and my following isn’t at 5K yet (about to hit 3K), but I’m earning well. A lot of my success has been about getting published in Human Parts/Gen/Heated. When you get big hits like that, you don’t need to worry about quantity.

Also, my biggest piece right now, with the new earnings model, is one I wrote in February that’s not even in a publication, but it was quadruple-curated and gets a ton of Google hits. If you’re interested, here’s my newsletter from this week, where I discuss that piece.
