Love this story. A friend of mine who runs a preschool asked me for advice last week, because a mom freaked out when she came to pick up her son and saw him wearing a dress from the dress-up clothes.

The only reason any kid would have a problem with all-clothes-for-all-kids is because someone else put that idea in their heads, usually their parents.

Great job parenting and hooray for that teacher.

I love the book Morris Micklewhite and the Tangerine Dress, because it shows even if kids get bullied by others who’ve had gender role ideas imposed on them, those kids can get through it if they have a supportive parent.
