My 5-year-old has been vegan since conception and is totally healthy.

I agree kids (and all of us, for that matter) need fat, but we don’t need animal fat.

Our meals have fat, protein, and carbs, just not cholesterol (which our bodies — like all animal bodies — make, so we don’t need to consume it).
