Oh, one more thing is that reading time is somehow factored into pay. So, like, claps on my 20-minute pieces are maybe worth 20x as much $ as claps on a 1-minute piece. But I agree it takes a lot to write a longer piece. Both of mine were ones I spent a ton of time on.
