Really, I just never ever would think it was my place to call a restaurant and ask them to stay late for me. The hubris just of the ask is so big (especially after a history of not tipping).

But, if I imagine one of my favorite customers, who always tipped well, asking for this… Yeah, $10 tip would probably be the way to go.
