So glad you and your daughter are taking this vacation! When we just took one, it was definitely weird not writing (and I totally cheated and wrote/published one day) but it also was incredible to find out the world didn’t forget about me. My writing kept earning while I wasn’t there, and that encouraged me to chill a bit and publish less.

I want to write all the time anyway, so I’m still going to write tons.

But I was able to tamp down the you’re-going-to-fail-if-you-relax-for-even-a-second voice.

P.S. There us one absolutely disgusting soda at the Coke museum at the part where you try all the flavors. I think it’s called Beverly. You have to try it. Lol. It’s been 15 years and I still remember it.
