Thank you so much for writing this. I’ve been wanting to write something about it since that debate, but now I don’t have to, because you did such a great job.

Did you see in the more recent debate, when he brought up veganism in order to give himself some sort of authority on health? I felt like he thought he’d distanced himself *too much* in the previous debate, so he decided to bring it up on purpose.

When he said it, I immediately looked on Twitter and found endless tweets of the tired “How do you know somebody’s vegan? He’ll tell you” joke. It’s really wild just how afraid of veganism most people are.
