This sentence made me go whoa.

I read an Isaac Asimov book when I was a kid where (as I remember it) everyone lived in their own indoor environment, and the walls were screens, so like, you could go running “with” another person, but you never touched anyone. I don’t remember anything else about the book. But that image haunted me. When I read it (and obviously when it was written) we didn’t have the internet. It blows my mind he was able to predict so much.

Anyway, it just freaks me out. You’re so right: laughter is the best, and I definitely laugh more when I’m with friends.
