Yuuuum. I used to make small batches of vegan ice cream when I owned a restaurant.
Canned coconut milk works perfectly in place of cream, so it’s just as simple and satisfying to do it vegan! My favorite was a salted caramel that we’d serve in floats with hard apple cider.
Okay, now I need to make some ice cream. Enjoyed this piece!
